Q. What are some of your favorite snacks for rehearsal or show days?

A. Apples and trail mix are my go to snacks! They give me the extra energy I need on the long rehearsal and performance days. I am always eating bananas when I am at the theater as they help a lot with muscle cramps. Eating one about half an hour before a performance is a part of my show day routine!

Q. How do you balance a busy schedule and adequately fueling your body?

A. I snack a LOT. I bring lots of small things to eat throughout the day for when I do not necessarily have time to sit down for a big meal. I probably eat about five "meals" a day!

Q. What is one food or beverage you couldn't live without?

A. Tea! I always pack my favorite teas when I go on tour! I also do not think I would be able to live without ice cream! I eat it pretty much every weekend!

Q. What is one of your favorite recipes?

A. Overnight oats are a great, quick breakfast that you can easily prepare ahead of time. I like to add frozen raspberries and almond butter to mine. Chocolate chips are also a nice addition if you're wanting something sweet! (Recipe)
