Q. What are some of your favorite snacks for rehearsal or show days?
A. I love trail mix, protein bars, and carrots with hummus for rehearsal days. And clementines are my go-to mid-show snack
Q. How do you balance a busy schedule and adequately fueling your body?
A. Anytime I have a break, I eat. I try to get more fuel in between rehearsals or classes.
Q. What is one food or beverage you couldn't live without?
A. Oatmeal! I eat it almost every morning.
Q. What is one of your favorite recipes?
A. I love Chia Pudding for lunch. Add one Tbsp of chia seeds to every 1/4 cup of almond milk (I use the vanilla kind :) and let chill overnight, stirring every 10 minutes for the first 30 minutes. I throw it in my lunch bag the next day to mix with fresh berries or granola.
