For a young dancer who looks forward to every ballet class, summer can be a chance to explore more. Fast Track offers a focused training experience designed for ages 8–11, with time to practice, ask questions, and discover what they can do.

Give the fundamentals the attention they deserve. Dancers work toward clearer placement, coordination, and control through thoughtful practice and feedback.

Does my dancer need to audition?
No. Fast Track is for dancers ages 8–11 and does not require an audition. You can register directly.
How do I know whether my dancer is ready?
Fast Track is designed for young dancers who are excited to spend more time training in ballet. Because the program runs for a full day, consider your dancer’s experience, stamina, and comfort participating in a structured studio environment. If you are unsure, email info@ballet58.org with their age and current training schedule.
Can we attend just one week?
Yes. Choose June 28–July 2 or July 5–9, 2027, for $450 in tuition. Both weeks are available for $750 in tuition. A registration fee is additional.
What are the daily hours?
Both sessions meet Monday–Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time.
Are lunch and snacks provided?
Please send a packed lunch and snacks each day, along with a refillable water bottle. Dancers should also bring a notebook.
What should my dancer wear?
Bring ballet attire and ballet shoes. For specific dress requirements or questions about what you already own, contact the School before the session.
How much should we budget?
Tuition is $450 for one week or $750 for both weeks. The registration fee is $50 through February 15, $100 from February 16 through April 1, and $200 beginning April 2, 2027.
Where does Fast Track take place?
The program takes place at the School of Ballet 5:8, 11545 183rd Place, Suite 101, Orland Park, Illinois 60467. Families arrange daily transportation to and from the studios.
How do you approach faith and different backgrounds?
Ballet 5:8 is rooted in the Christian faith. We welcome dancers from all backgrounds and beliefs, and value the dignity of every student. Our goal is a studio community where dancers receive thoughtful instruction, encouragement, and respect. Families are welcome to contact us with questions about our mission or the program.
