the dancer in you.
A summer weekend devoted to ballet, personal progress, and the pleasure of dancing with people who understand why you keep coming back to the studio.

Keep learning.
Keep dancing.
Perhaps ballet has been part of your life for years. Perhaps you found it as an adult, or returned after time away. Your goals deserve thoughtful instruction and space to develop.
Join Artistic Director Julianna Rubio Slager and Ballet Five Eight faculty for focused training in an encouraging studio community. Work on the details, explore your artistry, and enjoy being a student again.
Understand the details.
Take time with placement, coordination, and musicality. Thoughtful corrections help you understand what to work on and how to practice it.
Move beyond the steps.
Explore phrasing, expression, and repertoire. Give yourself permission to be curious and discover new possibilities in your dancing.
Find your people.
Share the studio with adults who choose to make dance part of their lives. Connect through the work, the questions, and the small victories.
Focused work.

The program brings together ballet training, conditioning, and artistic exploration, with opportunities to ask questions and connect what you learn across classes.

- Pointe and pre-pointe work
- Progressing Ballet Technique and strength training
