Summer Intensive housing helps dancers settle into the experience—with shared meals, friendships, and support beyond the studio.

Dancers attending Summer Intensive and Choreography Intensive stay at the University of St. Francis, with dining and laundry facilities on campus.

Resident Advisors supervise minors outside program hours and help dancers navigate routines, rest, and community life.

Meals are included seven days a week, with weekday lunches at the studios. Dancers provide their own snacks.

The housing package includes transportation between housing and Ballet Five Eight studios, along with planned group outings.

Housing rates are unchanged. The $200 deposit counts toward your housing total.

Weekend plans balance rest with opportunities to explore Chicago together. Specific activities are shared closer to the program.
Sometimes the most memorable moments happen between classes: a conversation over dinner, a shared discovery, or time with new friends.

O’Hare and Midway are airport options. Review current housing travel instructions and confirm transportation arrangements before purchasing tickets.

Housing questions.
What is the minimum age for housing?
Summer Intensive housing is available to dancers who are at least 11 by May 1, 2027. Contact us with questions about eligibility.
Is housing required?
No. Housing is optional. Local and commuting dancers may attend without purchasing housing.
What is included?
Housing includes accommodations, meals, supervision for minors, and transportation to the studios and planned group activities. Tuition is separate.
When do we reserve and pay?
Reserve housing by March 31, 2027. A $200 deposit is due at registration; the remaining balance is due March 31.
What if my dancer has dietary or medical needs?
Please contact info@ballet58.org before registration so we can discuss your dancer’s needs and available arrangements.
Can we book flights now?
First confirm the current check-in, checkout, and transportation instructions with our team. Plan flights around those arrangements.
Are housing payments refundable?
Housing deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Review the tuition and withdrawal policies before registering.
